Oldboy
One day a seemingly innocent, average man Oh Dae-su (Choi Min-sik) is kidnapped and imprisoned in a small, furnished bedroom/bathroom. With no idea why or by whom, he is imprisoned for fifteen years. He watches hours of TV and so he’s informed that his wife has been murdered, his daughter has gone missing, and that he is the prime suspect. Then Oh Dae-su's inexplicably released.
He meets a kindly sushi waitress, Mi-do (Gang Hye-jung). Together they start an investigation, but his former captor, Lee Wu-jin (Yu Ji-tae), decides to turn Dae-su's quest for answers into a cruel game. If he doesn't solve the riddle in five days, Mi-do will die. Dae-su fights his way through henchmen as he comes closer and closer to the truth and some deep secrets from the past.
